wBuilders is a family-run Austin home builder founded by Lane White in 2024. We renovate outdated homes, build custom ones and partner with investors, and we hold every project to the same standard: do it right, be honest about it, and treat people the way we'd want to be treated.
Lane spent nearly five years with a national home builder. His job was to sell homes, but he spent more time on the job site than in the office.
In his spare time he taught himself building science: pairing the best construction methods with the best products to build homes that last and use less energy. In 2019 he set his sights on becoming a builder himself.
When the world stopped in March, Lane wrote a business plan and started buying land. Months later the Austin housing market boomed, and the dream waited.
After weeks of prayer and with his family behind him, Lane left his career to start his own real estate business.
In August, Lane bought his first flip project, and wBuilders officially began.
wBuilders is a family business at heart.
Lane and Sasha have been married since 2017 and are raising their kids in Austin. Sasha grew up in Houston and studied at Texas State University, and she's been alongside Lane through every step, from the first business plan to the latest listing.
Their faith and family shape how wBuilders works. It's why the company measures success by the people it builds up as much as the homes it builds.

With 22 years of industry experience, Manny brings deep knowledge and a cheerful presence to every team he's part of. Known for strong collaboration and an upbeat attitude, he's a valuable asset on any project. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the bass, grilling, biking and traveling.
Project Manager
With 20 years of industry experience, Emmanuel is the definition of reliability: always the first to arrive and the last to leave. Known as "Mr. Consistent," he's an expert in his craft. In his free time, he enjoys historic sites and museums, quiet mornings and family getaways.
Administrative Assistant
Eliza brings a fresh perspective, a strong commitment to excellence and joyful energy to every project. A quick learner with a can-do attitude, she's already making a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys adventuring, working out and cuddling with her dog.
Designer
With 22 years of experience in the industry, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every project, and her thoughtful approach consistently exceeds expectations. Outside of work, she loves slow Saturdays with her family, Tex-Mex and her dachshund, Willie.
Mortgage Broker
With 14 years of experience, Michael is known for his unmatched work ethic, constant availability and elite problem-solving skills. He brings relentless dedication to every project. In his free time, he enjoys working out, discovering new restaurants and traveling the world.
